Pregnancy photographs...

added by Claire on August 3, 2010 at 23:02

It's not just wedding photography that we do at Level 11, we also photograph baby bumps, babies, children and families.....we just don't shout about it but perhaps we ought to!!

Here is a recent maternity session that Claire photographed which was the first session of the baby's year book. The year book is where I photograph your baby up until his or her first baby. You have six portrait sessions, including your pregnancy session and ends with your baby's first birthday - which is usually a little birthday party. You receive a beautiful 8" story book filled with gorgeous photographs from each of the six sessions.

Contact us now for more information or to book your pregnancy or portrait session...

Sarah & Adam - E-shoot winners

added by Claire on June 18, 2010 at 19:27

Last weekend I met up with Sarah & Adam again who I'm pleased to say won the engagement portrait competition that I was offering at the Detling Wedding Show in April.

They wanted something a little bit different from the normal engagement portrait. We did some shots in and around their lovely old house and for some outside shots we headed across the road to the park.
Working as a camera man Adam is more used to being behind the camera than being in front and was a little bit nervous about the shoot however despite his protests he was great, Sarah was a natural and soon got into the swing of things. I think we got some great shots, I particularly love the bench shot!

Good luck with your wedding plans guys...

Larraine & James pre-wedding shoot

added by Claire on March 29, 2010 at 22:56

Last week I met up with the lovely Larraine and James who are getting married in a few weeks at Cooling Castle Barn.

We did their pre-wedding shoot or engagement shoot (if you prefer to call it that) at Cooling Castle. We had a wander around, had a chat about their plans and took a few photographs.

Here are a few of my favourites.
Can't wait for their wedding now, fingers crossed for a dry day because snow is forecast for this week hence my shot of the lovely daffodils....proof that spring has actually sprung but if the forecast is true the daffs sadly won't last long!

Emma & Gordon Pre-Wedding Shoot...

added by Claire on March 1, 2010 at 21:56

On a cold, damp and grey Sunday afternoon I went out around North Greenwich with Emma and Gordon to shoot their pre-wedding photographs. We were going to go to Greenwich Park however Emma was a bit worried about her fab new shoes! Emma was a natural in the front of the camera and both of them needed very little direction...looking forward to the wedding!
The pre-wedding shoot gives us all an opportunity to work together before the wedding day which I find helps the bride and groom to relax during the wedding photographs on the day. The PWS  can take place locally or at the venue where the couple have chosen to get married.

Emma and Gordon are getting married at Chilston Park Hotel.
Looking forward to it!

Louise & Mark's engagement shoot

added by Russ on September 2, 2009 at 17:18

I've been really looking forward to meeting up with Mark & Louise for their pre-wed. They booked us at the Cooling Castle last year. I well remember Louise suddenly grabbing Mark's arm as she saw the images on our stand and dragging him over to see them - we were booked on the spot! So, it was with some excitement that we met up for their pre-wed, I love photographing couples who appreciate their photography!

'Model' shoot with Lauren & Ryan

added by Russ on September 2, 2009 at 16:54

Sitting in a bar with my wife a while ago, I spotted Lauren. Well, you can hardly miss her! She's an amazing looking girl, tall with long blond hair and endless legs. In any case I handed her a card and told her to look over our website if she fancied having some photos taken. In the event, my assistant Katie photographed her a couple of months back and seeing the photos, I couldn't wait to book a date top photograph her as well! Whilst it had taken a while to arrange, last week I met Ryan whilst doing a commercial shoot for Gardline and knew that photographing the two of them on the same day would be a blast.

So here's a few. I really wanted a low-key grundgy kind of look to the images, and the back streets of Margate certainly provided it!

Fliss & Tim's engagement shoot

added by Russ on September 2, 2009 at 16:27

With a three month old baby having just come along, it's taken a while to get Fliss and Tim in front of their camera and their wedding's nearly upon us - August 24th! It's a black tie do (it'll be nice to chuck the tux on again!) at Chilston Park with the reception in the hugely haunted village of Pluckley - gulp! Why will the gents be sporting dinner jackets for the big day? Would it help if I told you that Fliss & Tim's baby is called James......? Think about it!

So here's a few from our pre-wedding shoot. That's 'shoot' as in camera, not Walther PPK.

Rhonda & Mike's engagement shoot

added by Emma on September 2, 2009 at 16:16

Having just announced their engagement, Mike & Rhonda were beating down our doors for their engagement shoot. So we headed out to a blustery Ramsgate for some pictures. Rhonda giggled, Mike looked sternly at her for it and the combination worked somehow!

Their wedding is booked for June next year at a new venue called
Winter's Barn in Canterbury.
